This notice explains how the Drinklytics Android application collects, uses and protects your information. It does not cover this website, which is described further down.
Anonymous usage data. Statistics about how the app is used, collected through Mixpanel and Google Analytics for Firebase, to understand which parts of the app work and which don't. No personally identifying information: no name, no email, no address.
Device information. Non-identifying details such as device type and operating system version, also collected anonymously through Mixpanel.
Both are disabled by default. You turn them on or off yourself, from the app's settings, at any time.
Nothing, by me. Every drink, note, photo, tag and template you create stays on your device. It is never uploaded, never sent to a server of mine, and I have no way of reading it.
No user data is shared with third parties. The analytics data is anonymous and aggregated; nothing user-specific is stored or passed on.
Everything the app saves lives locally on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync and no server holding your archive, which also means that if you uninstall the app without exporting, the data goes with it.
Because no personal data is collected or stored on my side, there is nothing for me to give you access to, correct, or delete. You have full control over what is on your device through the app's own settings.
Network access is used only to send the anonymous usage data described above, and only if you have agreed to it.
Camera and media access is used only when you choose to attach a photo to a drink, either by taking one or picking one from your gallery. It is not used for anything else.
Beyond Mixpanel and Firebase for the anonymous analytics above, the app uses no third-party services that collect or process personal data. It does not connect to social networks or advertising networks.
Drinklytics is intended for people who are of legal drinking age in their own country or jurisdiction. If you are not, you are not permitted to use the app.
No user data is transferred across borders, and no personal data is collected or stored that would require the compliance measures such transfers involve.
This notice may be updated to reflect changes in how the app works or in the relevant laws. When that happens, the date at the top of this section changes. The date on the website section does not, unless that part changed too.

This notice covers drinklytics.app, the website you are reading. The app is described above, and the cookies this site uses are listed in the separate cookie policy.
Two tools measure how many people visit the site:
If you enter your email address in the iOS waiting list form, that address is stored in a private Google Sheet and used for two things only: to tell you once, when the iOS version is released, and occasionally to ask what you'd want from it.
It is never shared, never sold and never used for advertising. Ask to be removed at any time by writing to [email protected] and it will be deleted.
The tasting sheets and cupping form on this site download directly. No email is asked for, nothing is logged beyond the anonymous page statistics above, and you are not added to any list by downloading them.
No advertising, no advertising networks, no retargeting pixels, no social network trackers, no newsletter beyond the iOS list described above, and no account of any kind.
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes connection data such as IP addresses in order to deliver the pages and protect the site from abuse.
When this part changes, the date at the top of this section changes. The app section above keeps its own date.
